Rosemary and garlic are the classic seasoning for lamb and mutton, with good reason.
Designed to complement the flavour of lamb with a hint of mint , a unique blend of spices and a bit of chilli heat set this apart from other dry rubs.
When you rub the spices on try it with a bit of olive oil and let it soaking in for 30 minutes before cooking in the BBQ or oven.
Available in three heat levels Mild Medium and Hot.
Can also be sprinkled and used on a vast variety of other dishes.
